Dear Green Mountain Council families:
It’s a beautiful day in Vermont and I’m so excited to step in to work with you as your new Scout Executive. We have some truly awesome programs coming up in the next few weeks and I wanted to make sure our Scouting families knew about them.
A special WELCOME to all the new families who joined us for the first time this fall. I hope you’ll see that you’re joining a great community of Scouting across the state and are able to take advantage of the programs that we have. In just a few short days, Halloween will be here. Here’s a little trick to provide a treat to children coming by your house — use some of these templates to promote Scouting in your town and help invite others to join the adventure!
I grew up in Colchester, earned my Eagle Scout in Burlington and worked for eight summers at Mt Norris Scout Reservation. My career with Scouting began in 2000 serving Windham and Windsor counties so it’s exciting for me to come full circle and come back to lead where it all began for me.
