Green Mountain Council recently updated several policies related to the Life-to-Eagle process. Therefore, Scouts and their families should review the current procedures before beginning an Eagle Scout service project or preparing an application.
Life to Eagle Presentation
The key documents and references you will need on your final step on the Trail to Eagle are also outlined in the Eagle Scout Procedures Guide. This presentation provides a quick reference for what’s required and how to submit your paperwork electronically (preferred) or via the mail.
Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook
Only the official Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook is to be used. Information on how to download a fillable pdf is available in the Eagle Scout Procedures Guide. The electronic workbook includes expandable text boxes and the ability to insert images.
Eagle Project Approval
Once you have obtained the necessary signatures, you will need to coordinate with your designated District Eagle Project Advisor for their review and approval. The District Eagle Project Advisor contact information can be found in the Eagle Scout Procedures Guide.
Approval from the District Eagle Project Representative confirms that the project meets the necessary requirements for an Eagle Scout Project. They will also encourage the Scout to complete the Final Plan and consult a Project Coach for additional guidance.
Board of Review
